DONATE IN MEMORY AND TRIBUTE FUNDS

A donation to Children of Peace is a very special way to remember the life of a relative or friend. Since 2012 the UK government has introduced a new incentive for charitable legacies (effective from 6th April). Under this new scheme, inheritance tax will be reduced from 40% to 36% on estates in which 10% or more has been left to charity. The relief is designed so that the benefit of the tax saving is reflected in the bequests received by charities.

Children of Peace is always delighted to receive legacies – leaving a lasting impact on future generations and towards an area you care about. Children of Peace would be delighted to discuss a tribute fund or a legacy with you at any time and remember, a generous gift might save a child’s life at an oncology clinic, or build a facility named after the benefactor that could transform the future of a whole community.
